If Putin can't come to the world, 40% of the world will go to Putin. He's simply uncancelable.

Putin is busy coming to the world. It's just taking him far longer than he imagined it would (just a few kilometers a month). He'll reach you by and by - maybe in a thousand years or so. At the moment the best army in Russia is standing in his way. As for "cancellation". I think there are other countries with oil and gas? Apart from that what reason does any sensible country have to have anything to do with Putin? (The crazy countries of the world might want to thank him for the grain crisis he tried so hard to cause a few years ago. Dear Vladdy Daddy, thank you for the famine, or the fear thereof. ... But everyone's already forgotten that little hostage situation, haven't they?)

What net benefit can there ever be to *South Africa* for supporting Vladolf Putler? A *South Africa First* approach to negotiating fora like BRICs is the only one that makes sense (and if you look at India's approach, it looks fully transactional in this way, so even the Capital Lettter BRICs countries include some/all who operate this way. No pay, no play, is how I think it's said). There's no good to be gained by appearing to support Putin while he's fixated on this terrible war he refuses to end, so we shouldn't be helping to create such appearances. Make excuses for staying away if your spine is giving you trouble, but we absolutely should not be attending things like this until after he's been defeated. It makes us look dirty. He may have promised this or that, but just look at the war again? What does that tell you about the value of a Putti Promise? If you traded that on a securities exchange, would there be any buyers? Surely not? Well maybe he could let us have some of that cheap oil? I suppose if he pays up enough to buy us we could consider dealing with him. But where's our cheap oil, then? Has anyone noticed a sharp fall in the petrol price, lately? Looks like if he is willing to pay us cheap oil for support (and assuming all the moral crap is just childish, so we accept and bend over for him) the benefit never trickled down, did it? Not to a petrol pump near here, anyway. (Maybe "we" actually _have_ been accepting such bribes of cheap oil - like he sold to India and China; and maybe the only reason tordinary folk aren't seeing any of it is because some of our comrades have sniffed it all up at a champagne breakfast at some Peoples Brothel far away, over the seas? Could be worth looking into? Where did that oil go to?) Putin has only sold his cheap oil to the Capital Letter Countries in the BRICs, so let them pay him back by creating the appearance of supporting him, and let us just be a bit patient and wait out the outcome of the introduction of "Ruski Mir" into parts of Ukraine (the ones that look like even the sparrows are now dead), staying away from him for the time being. Nobody would even notice our absence. We're just the little "s" at the end of the true BRICs acronym. BRICs is possibly useful, but this isn't really BRICs business, this is Putti showing he can buy enough support to look like the world is on his side, and that everyone warmly welcomes his destruction of Ukraine (and Syria, and Chechnya, etc etc etc etc - and watch out Kazakhstan). And if you don't come, and you live close enough, you might find out that next week you suffer for forcing him to invade you, and to bring whatever it is that Russia has to offer the world to your country. Some people seem to think Ukraine is like that little kid at school who forces the school bully to sit on him and beat him to a pulp. They made him invade them. It's like when your wife gives you a funny look, and you're forced to give her a blue eye. (OK, not quite. It's like putting a shrew in a snake tank, thus forcing the snake to eat it, only it turns out to be a shrew, and if you leave things long enough, what you're going to have a the end is a fully fed shrew, and a dead snake. But you claim the snake had no choice ... OK, bad example again ... Real snakes pretty much don't have a choice. They're snakes, where Putler is meant to be a human being.) Short version: Why are we helping him with his propaganda display, for free? His promises are worth nothing. If you want him to pay for the services, you need to get the money up front. And if he doesn't pay, it's a waste of your time. If you want us to hoe for you, you gotta Pay Up Front, Putti. We can't be out there selling our souls for just a few empty words. The cheap bustard hasn't even given us some cheap oil for the favour. Not fair, I say.
