Over the years I found that most of the characters have their worst nightmare. (Someone to face who is going to be hard no matter how good you are.) Sagat is easily the worst nightmare of Ken and Ryu because he can shoot back at them. On the other hand, I found Blanka can be Sagat's worst nightmare. (He can walk under the high tigers and often time his attacks just right.) Also, a good T-Hawk can be Sagat's worst nightmare. If he times everything right, he can keep toma-hawking Sagat when he throws tigers (be they high or low).
