Super Street Fighter II - The New Challengers - E. Honda (Arcade)

I'm not sure a lot of people would agree with me. But I think E. Honda is really the best character for beginners. His moves are simple. He doesn't have to change his techniques a lot as he progresses. Even if he gets cornered, he can head butt his way out. Especially if someone shows him a few things, a beginner probably does best to use E. Honda.
