How come you go anathema’s chains over trailblazer or zekes? Is it game specific or is it best to always go anathemas on Rakan?

I think Ana's is pretty damn good with CC on Assassins but I think it's going next patch? :(

i watched this and wanted to play Rakan and then I remembered I dont have your skills hahahaha and proceeded to pick TFT
