This is my favorite version of the song. Wish it was recorded with better quality so I could listen to it on any streaming platform. The screaming vocal part is superior here and she has more of a deep huskiness to her voice. I love.

@@anaemiczombie original poster. it's kind of a meme on tumblr, a social media platform where people can "reblog" posts with their own comments/additions, so when people want to directly speak to the original post rather than any of the comments, they refer to "op" so that people know who they're talking to. recently there is a trend for cryptic tumblr posts where someone just reblogs/replies with "op what does this mean?" to humorously draw attention to the absurdity of the post, like "hi hello what the fuck?"

@@pantallazopatucaso 😮💨…she literally said it in an interview her mother taught her astrology /she knows all the ins and outs of herself…“My mum did [my natal chart]. I think she took me to all the occult creatures of Iceland, from the age of zero until I was eighteen, when I became a rebel anti-hippie. I got my fortune told and everything. I think I probably believe most of it, actually. I’ve got Pluto in a very important place, and that’s what I’m about. I have to re-create the universe every morning when I wake up. And kill it in the evening, which is a bit outrageous, but there you go … Well, maybe not every morning, but maybe twice a year I have to destroy everything. I’ve also got my moon in the twelfth house, in Scorpio, and my sun in Scorpio in the first house, and also Neptune. Then on my other half, my generational picture, I’ve got Pluto and Uranus in Virgo, and my midheaven is in conjunct with those two. Virgo is the sign of the nurse, so this means I was born to nurse my generation. I’m still fifty-fifty about whether this is true, but I was breast-fed on it.”… clearly you are not as big as a fan as me lmao

Quality upload, I was afraid I was going to have to settle on a 240P version of this. Thank you very much This is how you do music like this without it being goofy. Usually I'd be annoyed by non-metal acts throwing horns, but Bjork can do whatever the hell she wants. She gets a free pass for being so far ahead of her time with her songs and style. So many try to blatantly rip her off, but cant properly pull it off.

You know, for decades I chose never to listen to The Sugarcubes, then Bjork as solo artist because I thought she was going to be a quirky out of tune warbler who was popular for that reason only. Just yesterday, I saw a video that I watched on a whim and I'll be damned, I thought it was great. Her music is quirky, but it's got a cool structure that I really enjoyed. I'm glad I finally gave her a listen.
