He is the brother of famous comedienne/actress Amy Poehler. It is a clip from Welcome to Sweden. The plot is about an American guy who falls in love and marries a Swede. He moves there for her and is the over-enthusiastic and extroverted American. The show is based on his real-life experiences when he married his Swedish wife and moved to Sweden.
