I dont think its so much of a skillcap matter. Its more like a soldier(bjerg) showing respect to a veteran(faker) even though the veteran might now be less capable (skillcap) than the shouldier. Although the soldier/veteran thing is not the best example, I hope you can see my point. (and faker is probably still better than bjerg but thats besides my point)

actually its a lot different. I played since I was like silver years ago and KR had way less mistakes than NA when I played both servers and even higher elos dia+ KR still has way less mistakes than NA and mechanically a lot more advanced. the only problem bad problem in KR i found was flame involves your mom and dad death jokes which is awful
