Hi BJ, Aside from the ADX and Skierg, what other full body cardio machines do you have?

Best review I've seen on any air bike.. Nothing but useful instruction. What a concept!

Tried it last week. This machine is at ''my'' gym since last week. I haven't skipped once. Love it !

Garden of gains! haha that's awesome. Wish I had the weather and the space for such a home gym!

I have the Schwinn version - they are basically the same bike. The multi-grips are a big bonus; so much so, I wouldn't buy an "assault bike" without this option. It really allows you to work/rest different muscles by changing grips.

5:25 I tried that today by standing up off the seat. I almost threw up. the workout is REAL. 👍🏻 Now I have to have an air bike in my house!!!

hello, question would an airbike use different muscles than a bowflex m8? I already have a bowflex, wouldn't need to buy an airbike if bowflex trains these muscles
@BJGaddour2 жыл бұрын
Hey Steven! I’ve never used the M8 but looks like it provides a full-body workout. Possibly less range of motion in the legs with the stepper/elliptical compared to fan bike

My golds has that octane bike, and damn it is so difficult to move. Great workout.

Still using the AirDyne X? Prefer any of the newer bikes to it?

I’m exploring the airdyne pro and the cascade. Cascade has an interesting upper grip handle. This video demonstrated a good amount of exercises on the air bike. Thanks.

BRAVO!!!🌟 It was an absolute PLEASURE watching this video! 🌟 I appreciate your, passion and energy/spirit! It is very obvious you enjoy sharing your fitness-knowledge. So, I have been looking to buy a new airdyne bike, since the beginning of 2019. Once I do buy, I plan to use all of suggestions!👌🙏 How does this one compare to Schwinn’s models “AD7” & the “Pro?” Thank you, Mr Beautiful😇.

Do you know if it’s ok to also peddle backwards occasionally on the Airdyne for better knee health?
@BJGaddour29 күн бұрын
You can but I think backwards cycling is more effective with foot straps so you can better engage hamstrings. Backwards walking or sledding is better for knee health
