Yup! I never made part two, but that would either have double leg takedowns, rear naked choke, or triangle chokes because those are seen in anime somewhat frequently. Especially the first two.

Actually I am TERRIBLE at them and not too fond of even trying it. I have only won one match with an armbar. It is just one of the most common submissions in general, and in anime specifically that I could find a lot of film on it. Rear naked choke is probably the other most common submission.

Since it's in japan I would say it is likely to be judo.

There is a lot of crossover between many forms of grappling. BJJ is better known for submissions than Judo, but Judo came first and is more common in Japan so either works.
