As a Judoka who really likes hold downs. The transition from mune gatame to trap the arm and then back to a modified Kesa gatame is super slick. This transition happen all the time in Ne waza randori. Thanks for sharing.

Found a better way to do the paper.I jack them on their side, makes it harder to defend but you showed a good way to neutralize the free hand.
