Jiu Jitsu Basics - Back Take vs Turtle

In this Jiu Jitsu Basics video, you will learn Back Take vs Turtle position.
Place you hip next to your opponent's. Reach with your near arm around his waist and grab his lapel then close your elbow with his hip.
Now pull your opponent toward you, using your knee to block his knee. When he is falling, move your knee away then establish seat belt control.
Slide your knee between his elbow and body. Throw your hook in. Open (or close) your foot so you can fall to the side. Finally, lock the body triangle.
