Leo is one of the few that can pull this is high level. I remember watching him in that Mundial when he got silver against Buchecha and thinking "that is a weird pass, how do they not take his back or sweep him?" Nice to see the details!

Beautiful demonstration. I like this pass very much but I cross collar hand up and that is a problem, but you addressed it. I also like to bring my weight down with my left elbow pressure. Sometimes I get caught in an oma plata with this pass but I'll try this exactly how you do it and see. Thank you Leo,you are a superstar and are top 10 bjj athletes imo. OSsss!

Thank you for the demo. How do you avoid getting cross collar choked? Tried this last night, and if I held on to the collar with one hand and pushed the leg with the other, I got choked. Thanks
