While fighting Messmer you don't see him as the insane fighter as he is because his moves are pretty well telegraphed and you're more worried about his fire than his spear. But now we witness him in third person and see that he's actually very mobile and each of his attacks are designed to hit multiple opponents at the same time. And since he moves around so much he needs to be pretty precise with his strikes as well, and he rarely ever miss his attacks. Just imagine him massacring hordes of Hornsent by himself is enough to warrant him the fear that he has now.

​@@EliteMonsterAdventures Midra was "too weak" to truly utilise Frenzied Flame, like Vyke he had loved ones that he didn't want to destroy therefore the strength of his compassion and attachments to a flawed world and system made him unsuitable to wield the tool that wipes away the world to try again that's why Shabriri (or possibly some other frenzied spirit that was controlling Nanaya) told him to endure because they didn't want him to continue harbouring the flame, it's only when we come in and fuck around after he's lost everything that he becomes a lord because he no longer has any remaining attachments

I’m convinced he alters the results of the fight, how come at around 4:15 the bear dude took no damage despite Gaius clearly hitting him? Their models literally overlapped and that is an attack, that bear spell doesn’t give invincibility and it wasn’t even armor he just didn’t take damage. Gaius won the fight because the npc was one hit, it was clear he hit him.

Guys put likes so he can see it This works as a reminder for a requested idea : Day 7 of asking for Lore Accurate Iron fist Alexander vs all bosses ? Late in his Adventure, Alexander becomes a beast and the strongest of all pots as he ate Radahn and leonard and helped a lot in defeating the fire giant yet when you fight him he has around 3000-3200 hp with terrible resistances that made his fight trivial thus in order to make him achieve his dream can you : -give him the same Base game HP of Starscourge Radahn which is 9600 hp (since he ate him) and the base game damage scaling of Farum azula against base game bosses (if the challenge was too low, give them their NG7+ scaling) -make his poise 200 (he had the upgrade of Radahn poise) -make him immune to stagger so he doesn't get interrupted every frame (because Radahn is immune to stagger) -correct his damage negations to 40% in holy (because Radahn has 40% holy resistance), 50% in Magic (because he is a magical creature that ate various resistant warriors most importantly Radahn), 80% in lightning (because it's hard to zap a pot) and keep him immune to fire -for the physical resistances, give him (80% in pierce, 80% in slash, 65% in standard and 50% in strike) as he is no longer an ordinary pot -since he became the strongest pot, give him Hardness tier 5 to make some bosses attacks bounce off if they can since all the parriable bosses's attacks can bounce off (also some non-parriable bosses attacks can bounce off like Mohg, make sure to enable this one as it is one of his main goals in the lore) -against dlc bosses, give him the NG7+ HP of Starscoure Radahn and the damage scaling of NG7+ Farum Azula (note : use bosses strongest scaling as this is no ez challenge) - since Alexander is in adventure to become the strongest pot, make him also fight against base game minibosses with their strongest scaling (Margit strongest version, Full-grown fallingstar beast with Finger ruins scaling, Death kindred duo, Draconic tree sentinel strongest version, royal revenant with hidden Charo Grave scaling ,strongest golden Tree duo, rotten tree duo, Night cavalry duo, Crystallian trio, Dragonkin soldier, Putrid avatar, Putrid tree spirit, strongest ancient dragon.....) dlc dungeon bosses (Black knight trio with shadow keep scaling, Fire knight leaders squad, Tree sentinel duo, divine beast warrior trio, the death knights duo ,Bloodfiend chief and two of his clan one with fork other with spear and others) -enable all grabs - Rick heard about Alexander's business and was very interested to challenge him, so in order for Alexander to not disappoint Rick the legend give him Enir elim scaling Given how simple and slow his moveset is and how broken the scaling of dlc bosses, this will be balanced
