P F , Insurance , Gratuity pention schemes 20 years back collected amounts from Employs when Gold Cost is RS 5,500 to 6,500 / _ per 10 Grams .Now the Gold cost is 25,000 to 35,000 /- which is 5 to 6 times . But Employs get meagure returns as Pension after 20 to30 years .If the Insurance and Pension Organisations have effection on the welfare on public they might invest partly in Gold to uplift the Patterners .Selfishness and miss management ruins the the lives of Sr Citizens .

In India three types of pension schemes are exit. 1) central Government pension for central government employee. Minimum pension amount 100 time higher than EPF95 minimum Rs 1000/- B) State government pensioners are getting same above.But maximum amount is less than central government employee. C) EPF 95 pension is getting Rs 1000/- When three categories people are going market than shopkeeper is not asking EPF95 pensioner that you are under EPF95 so please you pay Rs 2 or 3 for materials where we will charge Rs 20 or Rs 30 for same product. Respected Jawedkarji, The EPS pension scheme was implemented in1995'Now it is 2019 ,ie24 years passed. During the period only one amendment was brought. Minimum pension increased to Rs.1000/_. But thatwas also not implemented fully. our govt. has come into power five years back.Govt could have amend the scheme very easily.Then it must have boosting for the pensioners as well as for the Govt.
