India is really moving towards a doomsday..and if things goes this way, it will be really difficult to get back the same economic strength which we used to. The budget of electronics sector has been increasing year after year but still after two decades of invention we don't have a semi conductor fab in INDIA..India needs Entrepreneurs,who can create money for India.Undoubtedly congress has eaten up poor ppl money and weakened the structure completely. The beautiful thing about any of these monetary problems is that as long as we have the ability to print our own money have our own Reserve bank, any of these problems(ala inflation) can be easily reversed. Inflation by itself is not a bad thing, hyper-inflation ala zimbabwe is. Protectionist thinking doesn't help in fighting a recession. Think of it like a greedy algorithm, short term optimum, long term massively suboptimal.

@saaransh9 you are wrong - look at the congress rule since 1947 - you will find 2 themes (actually 3): inflation, corruption (rampant) and riots. The riots have redcued due to the media influence but the other two remain. FDI opened the markets and was inevitable, but didn't result to more than a few percentage points of inflation - with UPA its 15%
