They're Welsh/Jamaican. Considered reggae metal. They're pretty unique and extremely underrated considering how popular they are in the UK. They started out in the 90s but they're still touring now. They always put on awesome feel-good shows and they're very down to earth guys.

@@Bklynreau nfsu2 took everything the first had and made it better, granted the "free-roam/open world" didn't age really well cuz i believe they were the first ones to do it so it felt really empty, but, for example, you could even put audio systems in your trunk and based on how expensive it was it actually affected the amount of bass coming out your own speakers irl

It’s a damn shame this band doesn’t get more love! Benji was born to be a performer! Since you haven’t checked Jinjer out yet, I’d HIGHLY recommend them. The reaction channel staple is “Pisces” live session-but “Judgment (& Punishment) one take is a must!

They call themselves Raga Metal. It's as good a style name as any since they incorporate so many genres in such a great way. I love Skindred!!

If you liked this, check out Benji's (the lead singer) first band, Dub War, from the mid 90s. Not as screamy and a bit mellower, but still amazing. I'd recommend the song Enemy Maker.

This was filmed in Benji's front room lol. Sadly they've never got the recognition they deserve and were very unusual back in the day with their fusion sound. Congrats to Benji and the boys though as they've just secured being support for KISS on their last live tour :)
