I have been doing what I learned from you Sister Shivani and sending good thoughts to her every day. My daughter has borderline personality disorder since 2014. We thought it was depression and she was blaming me for what happened to her. I came across your talk in October 2023 and I am so happy. My prayers are answered she was good for a while and now she’s not well again. I know that I have to accept her and be detached from her and keep sending her good thoughts. I also keep thinking of what I did wrong to her in the past that after everything I did for her and she still did not get well. She even abused my relatives and her friends. I just want to distance myself from her and it’s like she’s my mother now. I’m 65 years old and she is 24 years old. I said one sentence she doesn’t like she will answer me with 10 or more sentences. Please give me advice and I am still sending her good thoughts and waiting patiently for her to get well. God’s power and blessings is a divine circle of protection for everyone.

There is no way to alter or erase one's karma - good or bad. Each one stands on its own with its attendant consequences. One must reap the benefits and suffer of one's every karmic act. There is one way to escape the bad karma's rigors. But one has to suffer its effect silently. That is by way of accumulating good karma. The extent of suffering will get reduced but it's effect will be there in one's life. Life is based on cause & effect. Nothing happens without a cause - God or no God. Faith in & payer to almighty makes no difference. This can be amplified by a couple of apologies. With the planting of mango seed one can hope to harvest mango fruits. A good action begets good benefits. So too a bad one. One has to suffer one's bad actions by thought, speech & action. Yet the severity of consequences vary from one living creature to another. No unintentional act entails karmic consequence. Only intentional actions are subject to karma. For the same act of bad karma by two living beings the karmic consequence will vary. For a good man with lot of good karma the consequence of karma would be lesser than to those who have none or less good karma. Karmic consequence may be the same but it's effect will vary for each one of them. This can be illustrated by an apology. In a bucket full of water ( good karma), a spoon full of salt wouldn't make much difference tastewise. On the other hand a bowl full of water with a spoon full of salt will taste salty. Though the actual quantity of punishment ( a spoon of salt) is the same, it's taste ( effect) varies in both cases. One must keep on doing good karmic acts by thoughts, speech & action, one can escape sufferings & go through the bad effects of bad karma painlessly.
