I learn something new today: I need to be humble and be detached from my perspective to be able to see the other person's perspective because we are not always right and the other person is not always wrong. This free me from my ego, pain, anger, fear and from judging or blaming others. This humility gives me peace of mind. Before , I only learned from Sister that the other person (and ourselves) is the victim of his or her own sanskar, but this teaching does not empower me to respect and treat others as my superior as most Buddhist monks teach me. When I hold others in high regards, when I see the beauty of their original soul, I truly contribute to the love, peace, beauty, harmony of myself and of the world. Sister Shivani is the only one that changes my life with wisdom, intelligence, not with threat, blame, judgment . Thank you.

We need to make an EFFORT to think the right thoughts : wisdom. If we know that people are victims of their Sanskars and they do not mean to hurt us, then we can forgive them easily and have strong, harmonious relationships with people . It is why sister Shivani said that we do not need anybody to be happy because we have right thinking that produce happiness, peace. It is why Budfha stressed on right thinking, right views, right meditation, right speech, right action etc... Wisdom and Compassion are needed for peace, happiness. So, we need to be mindful of our thoughts. We need to purify our mind and our heart. We need to rely on the Masters' wisdom to change our negative thinking to positive ones to spread compassion, forgiveness to ourselves and to the world. We are brave warriors.

Parvash - if someone does something to me, either good or bad, I start thinking or worrying about the other person obsessively. Then I am under no more in my control, I am in the control of the other person. This keeps happening with different people at different times. And, the cycle and the pattern has to be broken, otherwise which, one's life becomes a misery. . O atma parvash, means that person is parvash. It literally means, under imprisonment of others.
