i see otthers comments relating this to chronic illness,which i can totally see (i have multiple chronic illnesses myself so i totally get it) but for me this hits hard at a very traumatic experience/event i had last year with an ex partner that unraveld all of my childhood trauma with CSA. My OCD is now severe again and i'm scared to go outside and just scared of people in general. I was finally getting to a good spot mentally in 2020/2021/2022/2023 and doing so so well and that entire relationship and the events that took place have scarred me forever. Thankyou for this song.
