I love this :) realistic and a bit light hearted as well. her telling them to wait was as simple meaning as “I’m worried for my friends.” Need more films similar to this.

@@embreis2257 I doubt it, that sounds far fetched but korea is still pretty conservative and I wouldn’t doubt that they’d get bullied pretty badly.

I think her reaction was VERY realistic. Shock, disbelief (she clearly never noticed any changed feelings in ALL the years they've been friends), and a bit of scared anger too. Like HOW could you do this, be like this, etc Don't you KNOW how much trouble you will be in? bullied, picked on by other kids, school punishment etc. BUT THEN. She goes home, she really thinks about it. She tries to 'get educated' (Broke Back Mtn would not have been my first choice, but hey.) The shock wears off. She realizes they should be able to love who they want to love. Without repercussions. Without fear. She supports them 100%. (But there is still the worry of school) She shows true friendship. This is a great message. Well acted, and well delivered. Good job everyone!

She is making a lot of sense. Better stay low until graduation so the boys wouldn't get caught in a compromisibg situation that can deter them from finnishing school on time. Once they become adult, they can have more freedom and responsibilities.

oh i absolutely ADORE this. ive watched it multiple times now and i just find more things to like. i actually wrote out a couple of scenes i loved, and then the more i watched it the more i realised i love ALL of the scenes and it’s pointless for me to list them out. the acting is great too, i especially enjoyed jaehan's performance, you could really feel his fear, his hesitation, his shyness. his bravery!!! all in all a really good and wholesome short film about friendship and love, thank you for making it and thank you for sharing it with us. hope to see more!! 🥰❤️

Despite the hopeful ending, this story was somehow sad. Because the whole time I was asking myself why people should hide their feelings in public just because they apparently love the "wrong" gender for the majority of society? Are there still so many societies and people who think it's more important who you love than that you love? And kudos to the person who had this idea and to the people who produced it. It's important to show how important love is and what needs to be changed for its beauty to blossom. ❤

quite so - this whole aversion to same-sex relationships becomes even more weird when we take into account most Asian societies developed this attitude only during the 19th or early 20th century with Westernisation efforts by their governments or other influences. they were all far more relaxed before that.

It's at the beginnings of change in Korea and there are some seriously vocal groups pressuring government to not allow same sex relations to be legal. Teens being transferred to "delinquent" schools when it's found out they are gay is a reality. same sex couples have no legal standings to partner property; it is often taken by disapproving family when a partner dies. It was just this last week the supreme court of Korea came down positively in the case of a gay couple seeking equality in health care. The SC said that gay couples have the right to couple healthcare prilages the same as hetero. The girl friend warning them was absolutely from a place of protection. If this was a series she would absolutely take on the role of fake girlfriend to protect them both. **fingers crossed for change**

😁 Wonjun looked at the bitten apple and wolfed it at the bitten part. I wondered whether Jaehan saw that indirect kiss. However, Jaehan instinctively thumbed his friend's lips and did an indirect kiss but was caught by Wonjun. But they brushed it off...dang it, the tension. I love the way they bumped shoulders while walking hand in hand wanting more contact between each other. So precious. 😘 🥰 😍 🫶 Their girl friend is like a big sister to them. Can't believe she absent-mindedly hurt her already injured Jaehan. And why did Wonjun not intervene and protect his boo. 😆
