Thanks for the review. I hate trying to sleep upright with my head bobbing around. Also, I'm a stomach sleeper so I'm thinking this will be the best option for me.

@@trf.product.reviews So I did try this pillow on an 8.5 hour flight and although I liked the body position it provided, the hole where your head goes was not comfortable for me. It put too much pressure on my face. I tried positioning my face many different ways and I just couldn't use it.

I just got one of these for an up-coming long haul flight. I sure hope it works. It seems like the best option to me. I have a heck of a time trying to sleep in any position except prone. I also got one of those TRTL type neck pillows (or brace) as that seems like it may be okay too, IF the seat reclines enough to keep me from falling forward. But this "pillow" seems like it would take care of the falling forward problem. UPDATE: I was able to take a 14 hour flight with a 9 hour layover and then a 9 hour flight. Here is what I found. This pillow is just too big to use in economy class. Not saying that it can't be done, but it just didn't seem like a good idea as space was so tight. So I instead, I used the TRTL type pillow that I got off of Temu for about $6. I loved it. That was the best option for me. Not that it was great....sleeping on a plane sucks. But it worked the best. I did use this inflatable pillow at my layover to sleep in the airport. However, I found the best use for it was to use it under my feet as a foot stool while I laid back in a chair and used the TRTL type pillow on my neck. This gave me the simulation of laying in a recliner chair.

Thanks for the review - yours is the first I've seen from someone who has actually used this pillow on a flight! Were you in coach or first class? It looks like it might be too bulky for coach.

I was in coach, but a newer plane that had decent legroom. I honestly think it would work on newer or older planes though. It's really not all that big.

I want to buy this for my 16 hour flight, but I’m in the aisle seat with strangers in the window and middle seats. I’m nervous about them needing to get up but I will be in the way. 🙁
