Stop listening to western media, this african diaspora channel is propaganda, they are sellouts , they only spread hate and division among Africans worldwide instead of love and unity. Now look up their entire channel contents is all about hate, division , animosity. They are programming us to hate ourselves ✋🏿✋🏿✋🏿, we must be aware of that and stick together as an African family .

We need details, a lot of details! My dad (a Black Man) was a Marine that was drafted during the Korean War in 1952, he never saw combat, but he was able to use his GI Bill Benefits to get his Masters Degree I'm wondering how my Pop was able to use his GI Bill Benefits in the mid 1950s after the Korean War, yet your grandfather wasn't able to - MY GUESS is he was located in a segregated state in the Jim Crow South If the above was true - many Southern Jim Crow States would pay for Black soldiers that had earned GI Bill Benefits to use their GI Bill Educational Benefits at Colleges up North or out West My guess is that it wasn't THE US GOVERNMENT, but the local Jim Crow Segregated Southern State that blocked your grandfather's educational benefits, since those colleges were still Segregated (once again I'm just guessing out loud) I'd like to hear these details of how your Grandfather's GI Bill Educational Benefits were blocked - making those kind of claims requires some detailed explanations

Yes! Many of you, continental Africans do feel superior. I have experienced it DIRECTLY particularly with the Nigerians’ ethnocentrism and ethnonationalism while having nothing to show for it in Nigeria proper. They brag about their achievements as “black excellence” in the west or within the context of western white institutions while they are not willing to build that same success in Nigerian institutions in their own country. Being successful in white institutions is tokenism that does not benefit the majority of folks who look like them.

I’m from Nigeria and when I came to the US, American kids called me “African booty scratcher” and were always trying to clown me cause I’m African. I didn’t take it personal and I didn’t develop a hatred or prejudice. Even as an adult, sometimes black Americans treat me different when they find out I’m African. But that’s a minority. I love my black American brothers and sisters and they love me. If you sow seeds of love, that’s what you will reap. Just be an adult about it and try not to be so narrow minded.

I am Black American, family traced lineage back to early 1700s. I wrote that to point out this point. As a child, I was called an "African Booty Scratcher". We as children called each other all sorts of names, that included that. So, what you were called was nothing different from what we were joking and calling each other. The problem is a lot of your people seemed to not understand the concept of 'The Dozens'. So some of you grew up angry about actions, not saying you, that children did, when to those children thought it was just a game and they expected you to insult them back.

Some yrs ago in Canada a Nigerian guy was being very rude to me so I asked him loudly "do u still f..king eat ppl or did u stop doing it" ? he almost jumped outta his skin! Folks do we have to always make mountains out of molds on a minor scratch? I am from Ghana and I remember at college going to sit at a table of all black students in the dinning room. Soon as I say down they moved their trays onto another table. Can you imagine the hurt and embarrassment in this situation? Guess what TWO JAMAICANS AND A DOMINACANO QUICKLY MOVED TO JOIN ME. This was an isolated incident and realized then that I needed not generalize to blame the entire Black American population as Anti African. Several years later I was the Attending in a ER in New York when a man brought his son.He saw my name and quickly recognized me.He was one of those who ""moved to another table " at college. We have become good friends since and have traveled to Ghana twice since then. The lesson here is we are humans and make mistakes so we must forgive and forget...We should stop these petty issues and also avoid escalation.
