Have hardwood floors. Have used Bona to clean & lots of film left …. “Dulling” the floors. This B & D steam cleaner removed all the residue & did not harm the wood! They look like new!

When doing a general clean are you meant to keep the steam on all the time? I find that if I do the whole house with constant steam, I leave streaks and the pad gets super wet.

I’ve got tiles and they are a dark colour so you can see a lot of marks on them.

I would recommend the Bissell Powerfresh deluxe over this one. The Bissell performs better and has a grout brush for your tile.

It may be clogged with hard water deposits. Run vinegar through it a few times and report back
