Black and White Zentangle with India Ink - Inktober Day 23

Today's prompt was "inverse" and I got a replacement bottle of India Ink a few days ago, so I decided to do a black wash and use a white Gelly Roll pen once the India Ink dried. If you know what the name of the Zentangle pattern I started in this video is, please mention it in the comments. I've seen it done, but can't for the life of me remember its name.

Is the background just straight ink or is it diluted with water?

Just ink. Although I do dampen the brush before I start. I feel like it's easier to clean the bristles when I'm done.
