My guy busted out a binder and was reading what to do 😂

Actually when I had a nerve conductor test when I ripped apart a bunch of the muscles in my leg the doctor broke out the manual for the machine and said the best phrase ever..."That's not supposed to work like that."

How do you know how much pressure to apply when you pull on the Y strap?? Or do you just yank away and hope for the best?
I agree complete quackery. Nothing drives me more crazy and I think there's nothing more dangerous than the "y strap adjustment." The thing is so ridiculous, and it's like how do they know how much pressure to apply? Because to me, it looks like he's just yanking away and hoping for the best. That's how it looks in every other video by every chiropractor I've seen who uses that barbaric Y strap device. It also drives me nuts that chiropractics refer to themselves as doctors, as if they're an actual MD Doctor.
