i think the t4 skill bumps the striker to t4 stats wise for the duration of the skill they made it with ABL in mind cuz underleveled characters don't apply the intended effects

With Blackbolt at level 74 I was able to complete 10.3 the 3 inhumans challenge with 2 secs left. Upgraded his skills to level 7 as well, but no gears or anything. I do have 25% pierce, but for most players I think level 76 or 78 would get it done. The team I used was with Medusa and Crystal with Fantastic 4 uniform. I gave Crystal a greed.

I chose Black Bolt for my 2nd T4. Was getting close to enough materials for T4 #3. I have zero regrets choosing him. Gave him a full 20 Blessings along with a rage, and he absolutely melts everything. Dude is crazy strong.

MAYBE, I understand how bb's tier4 work. I have BB and MK tier4. and both of them i tried same striker(Loki, and both of them his striker lvl is 3). But BB's tier4 striker loki is doing 2 and half bar damage in knull and other hand MK's striker loki only does half bar. So, I think BB's striker loki gets his Tier4 buff, that's why he does extra 2 bar damage, but how some people think, you can't get striker's buff in your BB. But if that happens that way than we can use strikers with heal. Note:- at the time when i use tier4 skill I don't use any other skill, only striker skill does damage.

It is possible that the reflect buff is expiring before the crescent icon leaves. Because Crescent’s buff only lasts 3 seconds.

As it mentions 'Striker character abilities to t4 character abilities', maybe the striker has to be t4able but will act as if they are if used here. So try your Storm or Widow?

I think what the striker effect really does is the character that'll showed up will have the stats of T4 Black Bolt and his/her damage will be calculated with those stats. So we can add a character using his/her main dps skill as a striker and Black Bolt's T4 skill will do some damage on its own. Can someone test this? Give the same striker character to both Black Bolt and another T4 character and just use the striker skill to see the damage comparison. I don't have T4 black bolt so I can't test it myself

I took a break from the game so now I have two weeks until I get a free premium tier two selector, and I was wondering who i should get? I have Luna tier three (although for some reason she isn’t that good? I have not the newest uni but the old good one, I have a rage on her and she only does well in ebony?) I have a lot of damage tier three/transcended (human torch, moonknight, Thor, Luna and venom. So maybe Valkyrie is the play? However, I don’t have Ikarus and want to get Thena eventually so do I get him?

From reading the T4, I thought it will change the striker skill to use T4 skill,. So if you choose Venom and he supposed to use his 4 or 5, he will use the T4 instead.

I tested him against Cull yesterday, I had to quick cancel 5 in order to land the proc. Seems like a delay makes him miss it, in my experience

As I understand it, it sound like it upgrade the Stat and buff of your Striker character to Black Bolt stat So you might want to equip some kinda weak character and see if the damage they dealt is comparable Then again this is just me reading the wording and I have no idea if that work

The best part of Blackbolt uni (for me) is, I gave him Rage a long time ago. So he performs better than Thor in GBR. My Thor has judgement. Damage is very low. The 2nd thing is graphics. I have a crap phone, so it can't handle Thor graphics. Constant force close, very annoying. With Blackbolt, there is zero force close. Very happy with him. I'll T4 him before Thor.

If you look very closely when black bolt use 5th skill. You can just cancel when hits the ground. You will still get the scream attack of 5. As you can see the circle part of the scream attack of 5th skill. 5th skill has total of 25 hits and second skill as totals of 18 that is total of 43 hits. I have cancel 5 after he hit the ground into 2 and got 38 to 41 hits. He has total of 5 hits when hits the ground on the 5th skill. 43 - 5 is 38. So You are not missing out on any hits when canceling 5th after hitting the ground. You don’t need to long delay cancel on 5 you just needs to cancel when he hits the ground as fast as possible.

Does the yellow(?) text mean that if Thor is set as striker, Black Bolt will get Thor's T4 buff, which is increasing active buff effect and all element damage? Because Crescent does not have a T4 skill, so she won't give Black Bolt any buffs. But the best way to know excatly what the skill does, is to get the devs explaining the skill effect for us. Hope that in the future, if there're any new skill effects, they will explain the skill effects in the update/patch note.
