He needs to go to jail for doing that, especially because he put his hands on the boy. I’m sorry for the boy being treated and hurt like that, but happy that he has good parents and that lady that cares about him. Just because skin color, clothing, cleanliness, etc. is not like yours, do not mistreat anyone, especially children!

Several years ago I read a paragraph on the Staff Noticeboard of a very large organisation. I will never forget what it said. Clearly and Simply- It reminded all staff to... "Always remember, You do not know who the person you are dealing with may be. The day you treat someone with disrespect could easily become the day you no longer work here".

This is a lesson to be learned, never judge a book by its cover. And make an assumption that someone is unable to live a establish wealthy life, and judge them by the color of their skin. That store manager got what he deserves. And people need to think before they ack out in a disrespectful way, you never know who you are in the presence of weather that person in poor or wealthy, everyone should be treated with respect. Regardless of their status in life 🙏 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Gosh the manager was so condensing that he threw a little boy out of the store thinking he was a thief and even tore his sketch book all because he was black. A kind lady employee comforted the boy against the manager whom he also fired her. The boy was so nice telling his parents the owners of the store how she defended him n she got sacked in the process. In the end the billionaire owner made her the store manager. Never judge a book by its cover. Because the boy is black does not make him a thief. All people irrespective of there skin colour must be treated with respect. The sacked manager n the security guard did not expect the owner of the shop to be black. Am glad the obnoxious staff were sacked. My Bible says the measure you give is the measure you get.

Yes and do you notice that the story would not actually say they wanted him out because he was a black child but instead (THE COWARDS THAT THEY ARE) would only say, it was because the child was dirty and appeared poor, was the reason to put him out of the store, what cowards or are they that ignorantly smart never to admit it was because the child was black. See, telling the story in this manner, they cannot be sued for discrimination. I am a white woman who has black family members, gay nephew, an uncle who is a Comanche Indian and many other different cultures in my family. Every person of color and I do mean any color of skin in this world has to realize, WE ARE ALL A MIXTURE OF ALL COLORS BY NOW. WE ARE ALL EQUAL NO MATTER THER COLOR OR WEALTH.

I worked in a toy store back in the 80s, we used to have loads of children calling in to look and play with the toys just before Christmas. I use to demonstrate and play with the toys with them, theory being the more they understood and enjoyed the toy the more likely they would pester their parents for it. After all, standing around doing nothing until a toy was purchased to me was unproductive. Sadly my boss didn't like we playing with them. Yep I got the sack also.

A story similar to this actually happened in Michigan when I lived there. The store manager was a racist white woman who was ejecting black customers from the store on a regular basis, for no reason. In the news story about the incident. They said the owner of the store chain, who was a black man, went to the store to see how he would be treated. From the time he entered the store, he was followed by security, and ignored by the sales staff. When he complained, the manager told security to eject him from the store, and he revealed he was the owner. He fired the woman, the security, and all the sales staff who were disrespectful, and replaced them with better staff. This might be based on that story.
