But that would brake his contract tho or atleast go against the rules that ciel set for him. One of the three rules was to be his sword and shield. Wouldn't look good for Sebastian if he just aloud for him to die so easily. Also he isn't about just taking a soul whenever he wants anymore. He wants/craves ciels soul to have his revenge and the purity of his intentions along with it.

Actually is nothing like that. Sebastian doesn't "care" for Ciel, he's just doing what he has to as per the contract rules. One of the three requests was to serve Ciel until he gets his revenge, so as long as the earl doesn't abandon his mission Sebastian cannot take his soul. And most importantly, he wants Ciel to live so that his soul can become darker and darker every day and more satisfying for when the time comes for the demon to have his meal. The anime is not showing it properly maybe, but if you read the manga you can easily get that. So there's no "feelings" between them, at least not from Sebastian to Ciel, while the other way around could be possibile in some ways. It is quite clear that Ciel sees the demon as some kind of father figure, somehow twisted and deviated, but still Sebastian is the closest thing to a family he has. So I can say that the only thing that got stronger over the years is their bond as a team but it does not involve feelings such as romance or friendship or whatever.

Because he WAS a lying and horrible demon, though now part of his contract is to never lie to Ciel, ( he used to be the embodiment of evil which he recognizes) he is now trying to be good for him. He loves him, and wants to make him happy, and be a good butler. He's changed for Ciel, and through that love, became more human than demon in my eyes. I feel like he's gonna have a hard time going back to hell now once his contract is over. Right?
