Why doesn't this have more views? If I had heard this on the radio or something (well sadly they don't play music like this on the radio) I could have sworn this has AT LEAST 1 million views. AT LEAST. Oh well. Your voice is wonderful and i bet it's quite difficult to translate a song so that it sounds good, keeps it's meaning and doesn't seem forced. This is a masterpiece. Or, to put it simply, this is one hell of a song sung by one hell of a singer.

(Part 1): Best English version with lyrics, I have come across so far. Very well done. This classical style of music takes me back, to college, where I took professional voice/signing lessons, from my fantastic teacher, Patti Spain. I remember her teaching me all types of beautiful and classical style songs in Italian, French, and German, etc. I remember one month she told me, that I should perform a song on stage, in front, of an audience 😱, during free time, for students. I performed "Climb Every Mountain" from the, "Sound of Music". My leg was shaking during my entire performance, but I left those people speechless at the end,of my performance. I guess there aren't a great deal of Black female opera/classical singers known, or maybe they were just surprised at how good I was, idk. After all, my teacher always told me I had a beautiful, strong & classical style voice. Once I left the auditorium though, the people were like, "Omg, you were great! and "Next stop, the opera house." lol

(Part 2) The terrifying thing was, that at the end of every semester, I was tested in front, of three judges. I had to pick my best performed songs, and sing them in front, of the judges, for my final grade, of the semester. Definitely, a nauseating, nerve wracking, and knees knocking experience. Luckily, I was always able to impress them, and I always received a grade of 'A'. How, I have know idea?! lol! Anyway, if I could go back in time, I would have loved to sing this song, in Japanese and English. I think it's such a beautiful song. Anyway, enough about my boring crap. This is probably way too late and you guys probably already know this, but the song was written by Kajiura Yuki, who often includes nonsensical Latin-esque words in her songs. The words have no meaning and are simply referred to as Kajiurago by fans of Kajiura's works.

This cover is EXCELLENT - best English version I've heard so far. I have one question for you, though. The first 16 seconds of this song have the following lyrics: "Arta via santa krishna karmita rie ilgi magida fidia." (Confirmed here: www.metrolyrics.com/lacrimosa-lyrics-kalafina.html ) I would like to translate this song into ASL, but to do that, I need a full English translation to start with. I entered the lyrics above into Google Translate, and nothing understandable popped out in English. Do you know what language this is? I would really appreciate some help. :D
