I got the Exeter and Le Terrible B from 12 crates and 1250 dubs from the discounted 250 dubs crate. The Graf Spee was top of my list and I hoped the rng gods would bless me but its always like this for me. Last time I wanted the Warspite B and instead got the Scharnhorst B and Atlanta B from 5 crates....

I'm glad you showed the graff because I have it and I'm not quite sure how to play it. I'm not a battleship, but I'm not quite a cruiser either. I've never been in a cruiser that I'm actually afraid of destroyers, because I don't have the dpm to take them down. It's inaccurate as eff too. Thanks for the vid. Ps. You really have a talent for comedy. #Loveit! I would have given you 4 thumbs up, but that would have been all too democratic party of me.

It’s inaccuracy is the hardest part to work around IMO. But really it’s the same as anything else, push when you can, and find broadsides when you can’t push. It’s tankier for a cruiser so I will generally keep an inside line on maps rather than the big flank.. doesn’t mean it can’t flank, I just don’t want to be in long range battles when I don’t need to be as those shells go all over the place.

I bought the single black Friday crate for 250 doubloons and this is the ship I got. I have taken it out a few times and have mixed feelings so far. It's weird enough that I want to love it but like you mentioned it really needs more than one cruiser on the enemy team to have a solid game. Which we all know is a rarity especially at T5 because "big ship stronk, little ships scary".

With all the big boom ships it is more about waiting for them to over extend and get those torps off.. most BBs you run into at the tier aren’t agile enough, but yes, battleship heavy games are just not fun.

@@metajerk It's kind of funny now that I see myself say that. When I got into this game I was hardcore battleship main. I still enjoy battleships but recognize how good cruiser play is what can carry games and has gotten me much more interested in heavy cruisers.

I got Kraken #2 last night in a Warspite along with High Caliber and Dreadnaught…the funny part is the carrier on the enemy team also got a kraken but they lost…you ever see a kraken in each team before or did I win one of your challenges? 😂

That is very much the life of a cruiser these days, right? I think this pushes many cruiser players into HE spamming roles, which is too bad as I think they’re the most boring. Play what you want, and have fun.. I was playing the Pyotr Bagration this evening and I was constantly the only cruiser and being pulled into legendary matches. I just do what I can and play the ship the way it should be played. Move to locations where the BBs will have to turn their turrets all the way around just to shoot at you once, and until they do that, target them with AP and do as much damage as possible, then go dark and reposition. Riga is very good at this style of play if you’re looking for specific ships to try.
