i bought black cumin oil to fight against inflammation, and not only did it help fighting inflammation, it also almost completely eliminated a very serious hemhorroids problem that i had for more than a decade.

She didn't say anything about its bioavailability in the whole seed form, nor does any other video I've seen so far. Knowing what we know about many types of hard seeds passing right through us, my uninformed guess would be that you'd have to grind it up first, or risk only getting a small fraction of it absorbed. Anyone?

Dr. Great good 2 see a medical person second natural drugs. Dr. Do the Black Cumin seeds have the same benefits as the black oil, or do they differ, is 1 better than the other?
@violetavenue89904 ай бұрын
Started to eat black cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of whole seeds per day. Was on it for 2 weeks. Cut myself cooking and had to go to urgent care because the bleeding just would not stop after 2 hours of trying. I'm not on any meds and didn't have any issues with bleeding before. Just beware, it will thin your blood.

I think that is brown cumin not Black cumin. The black cumin or Black seed also called Nigella sativa is black.

It does taste terrible but I’ve gotten used to it. Works really well. My allergies are better ( as long as I take it regularly) and my sciatica also improves with it.

Is Black Cumin and Black Seed Oil the same thing?
@katharina...2 жыл бұрын
In short, the answer is yes. There are two different seeds that are referred to as black cumin: Nigella Sativa and Bunium Bulbocastanum. The lady is talking about Nigella Sativa here, and black seed oil is made from the same seed. Edit: I'm sorry, I just watched the video till the end and there's a mistake there. In the footnote, the lady specified she was talking about Nigella Sativa, but what she showed at the end of the video is definitely not Nigella Sativa which is jet black, not brown. I'm guessing she confused the two black cumins, as some people do, and is in fact using Bunium Bulbocastanum thinking she is using Nigella Sativa.

Yes!! I thought the same when she lifted the plate - different See from what’s in the bottle she showed. If true, that’s a pretty glaring error!
