Black Dal Tadka | I have shared you the recipe of Punjabi Dal Tadka | Maa ki dal is also called in Punjab. Black Dal Tadka is very tasty to eat.
Ingredients used in this Dal recipe:
1 cup Black urad dal
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 green chilli
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Ddesi ghee
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala Powder
2 tsp fresh cream
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
