+Fevir Thanks! I'm in the awkward spot of being level 33, but I'm a warrior so harpies are really not that efficient. Khuruto are very overpopulated. Do you have any recommendations? Are there any other places appropriate for my level? I bought the conq pack but have been taking it nice and slow so far, as to not burn myself out.

diamondsofsix Try out the bandit camp up the road from 32 until level 34/5. It's quite nice.

I'd definitely recommend nagas at 25, they drop both stones fairly frequently. So far though I've been following this guide and it has served me better than other similar guides by making a few changes here and there in terms of where to go. Thanks Fevir.

1. Feel free to build your char specifically for lvling by grabbing AoE/Mobility abilities, you get a free respec at 45!! 2. Don't level a Ranger, they're dead slow to level, lvl up another char first, then give the Ranger high lvl gear to work with to speed things up since there's no level requirement on gear.

It might be late, but it's still helpful! I recommend a video on alternatives to the most popular grindspots tbh. Myself and a lot of people I know are having trouble competing with parties dominating these locations, so it might be good to present spots you can hit up when traffic's too heavy.

The only major differences between this and the current is that instead of the Cave go with the Harpies at level 33-45. Should go from 33-45 in half an hour with a high speed clear char on horseback such as the Witch/Wizard. Tamer, Ranger or Sorc. So long as you can oneshot them and pop the 200%xp buff with the 100% channel buff you are golden.

Fevir, would you recommend to buy BDO for its single player content? I don't have too much time for a MMORPG (filthy casual) and reluctant to join a guild that meets at certain times for several reasons. Yes I know that I contradict myself, why play a MMORPG if not playing with other players? Nonetheless I'd like to know your opinion on this.

This is a pretty late reply, but for anyone else; the soft level cap is 55/56 (awakening is at 56) but leveling to 58 right now is definitely doable within a week. 58-60+ is hell tbh

Can someone please tell me. I am playing a warrior and only thing that's + is my weapon, the Basteer blue one. I am getting hit quite a lot because I'm horrible at dodging, especially with big groups. Should I be spending armor stones to upgrade armor or level to 50 before choosing one? Anyone got tips on that. I got some armor stones but don't know if I should use them on gear yet or wait.

I know some people do it but grinding to 50 is literally the worst thing you can do, CP are far more important than hitting level 50.

+Todd Curtis Glad someone mentioned this. The only reason to grind to 50 is if you don't plan to do anything except pvp. Otherwise, you're going to want the CP and energy points for everything else.

+Darth Sidious yea. by getting the level achievment you can obtain a skill reset ( at lvl 50 the whole skill tree. everyday u log in u'll get "loyalty points" (100 of them each day" and one skill reset costs 400 loyalties. so different kinds of way to obtain em. but cash shop is definetly the fastest way.

+Nikos Gavra Do some quests so you have a decent amount of contribution points. But if you only care about leveling then just grinding is better, but I wouldnt recommend it for your first char though. Try to experience the various aspects of the game and find out what suits you best :D

Honestly i think you shouldn't be grinding to 50 mindlessly, first of all since when you get there with all your nice bought gear etc. you finally notice hey, i need amity with NPC's and i need to do this and that quest in order to be able to do this and that. So i'd say don't just grind also develop some life skills which nets you with enough xp so you don't have to grind for 2h straight killing the same mobs over and over .. and over. ^-^

+pinie111 depends on what you prefer to do really, and I think that's what makes the game nice. I can go mindlessly slay hordes of things for cash and xp or I can go do my own thing. Whatever I'm in the mood for and I feel like I'm making progress either way. Personally I'm doing some grinding then going back and catching up on quests and other things after a few levels and then back to grinding and bouncing back and forth like that. Keeps it somewhat fresh.

+MrDrainBramaged i joined the game very late.. seen many guides (for those days i wanted to grind levels) khurto was the best spot.. all the rest were : 1. too hard for the level to solo 2. too slow 3. not enough spawns. not just from this guide.. from all of them i guess after ~42-3 it becomes a lot harder to level. im not having fun with these spawns *it would seem that Rhutum is good as well, even on lvl 46.

+Benjamin Sutton He did say that. He said EXP is shared. So the EXP from mob kills that your other team players kill is shared wih you. But he tends to avoid large groups because, in his case, it lowers *his* EXP gain *over time* compared to when he plays solo or with two.
