It does come with a pay increase but does that increase cover the cost of the stress of having to prove that u r a undercover cop even though uniform cops get paid less but at least one doesn't have to prove that he or she is a officer since they're in a uniform which does make a stressful job a little less stressful not having to prove yourself except for during off duty when a uniform isn't worn

This video is incredibly powerful and deeply disturbing, but in a necessary way. It's a stark portrayal of how racial bias can infiltrate even the structures that are meant to uphold justice, like the police force. The opening scene, with Detective Hayes finishing a long shift and simply trying to go home, perfectly sets the stage for the injustice that's about to unfold. The way Officer Brennan’s bias kicks in so quickly, seeing a black man in a hoodie as a threat instead of a person, is both infuriating and sadly realistic. It really demonstrates how deeply ingrained these prejudices can be, and how they can cloud someone’s judgment to the point where they ignore logic and protocol. The escalation of the situation is incredibly tense, with the camera work and background sounds emphasizing the growing danger and the crowd's reactions reflecting the very real fear of a situation like this turning deadly. Jordan's composure throughout the ordeal is remarkable - his ability to remain calm and assertive while facing such blatant injustice highlights his character and dedication to his community and profession. The fact that he’s a fellow officer makes the situation even more heartbreaking; he’s not just being targeted because of his race, but also because his identity as a cop doesn't override the perception of him as "other" in Brennan's mind. The aftermath, with the public outcry, the investigation, and the systemic changes being demanded, underscores the importance of accountability and continuous effort to address racial biases within law enforcement. It is a crucial reminder that the fight for equality and justice is ongoing and that individual actions can either perpetuate or challenge systemic injustice. The ending is particularly powerful, with Jordan’s message about accountability and the need for continuous change resonating deeply. This is a very important and thought-provoking video that’s sure to spark meaningful conversations about racial bias and police accountability.

Why is it that in these cases of cops on cop that the one being investigated is not armed? Thought all cops on or off duty carry a firearm?

Today, there is no respect for police officers. Comunities swear at them, every second sentence carries a swear word. And its the officers's own fault for all the brutality and prejudice of all these years.
