And Biden did even better by selecting someone who actually graduated from an HBCU as Vice President, holding HBCU Summit, Having HBCU students as interns and giving an historic $7 billion to HBCUs. It was because of the racism at white colleges under trump that HBCU enrollment reached historic levels.
