As an member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, our culture of Black Americans is in an state of emergency. We have allowed ghetto low value images and behavior to become the face of our community. As successful Black Americans we need to take back the face of culture and redefine black excellence. The imgages on television of our men and women in general are horrible. Also our organizations really need to start embracing non honorary celebrities more often as elite affluent members more!
