Hi Jo I fell down the stairs with my baby daughter in my arms . I managed to save her by placing her as low as i could on the floor . I unfortunately hit the empty fish tank edge with my cheekbone. I managed to call an ambulance my daughter was ok but i felt whoozy & ended up having a black eye. I went into work & this elderly man asked me what happened. I said I fell down the stairs he said likely story . I laughed it off but After he walked away i cried in the back room & asked if i could work out the way because I felt too upset. I was upset because i was recovering from the shock I had hsving to drop my baby to the ground seeing her tumble. I was stared at in the streets & everyone stared at me in the mother & toddler group. Its awful how everyone speculates just because you have a black eye. Hope you feel better soon ❤️❤️❤️

I'm glad you got your eyes checked at the optician Jo. I had optic neuritis with my ms 6 years ago and became blind in one eye permanently as it was a really nasty relapse. xx

Love seeing you and Kaycee interacting together. Obviously love each other even when you disagree. It certainly seems to be one thing on top of the other for you my lovely Jo!! Therapy can be so helpful. I had the same therapist for years, she became more of a friend than a therapist. Now she has retired and I only go to see my psychiatrist to get my perscriptions, but I do miss a good therapy session. Take care of you!!!

I’ve got the same in my eyes. They call it inflammatory eye disease which is caused by my fibromyalgia flares and my autoimmune disease apparently. It comes and goes like my symptoms. They gave me steroid eye drops. They ache and hurt when I touch them. Do yours ache and feel bruised?Look after yourself. Xxx

Does your eye (not the black eye) hurt, more with bright light? Uveitis is an issue with autoimmune disease because I get that with mine. I sure hope you feel better soon. It looks miserable. Sorry you’ve been going through it. Get well soon.

Hi, cur is the edge of the sidewalk. Dodgey means not as it should be so it was uneven to the degree that she list her balance and fell resulting in the black eye. Poor Jo 😮
