I think a cool family name for Gun would be Shinsei Yamazaki. The name "Shinsei" means something like new hope or new star. Since Gun was supposed to be the hope of Yamazaki and his family has names like Shinji,Shingen and Shintaro,all starting with "Shin" the name Shinsei Yamzaki feels appropriate. But of course the name Gun Park is too iconic.

There aren't 4 kids, there are at least 8, we just won't see them because they're not important, also they must've died when shintare took over the clan

They showed the first 3 children born that were not special and after Gun was born with reverse eyes they stopped having kids, since there was no longer reason to. They only have kids till one meets the criteria of having reverse eyes.
