To explain about Metaknight, he was never really evil. He started a war yes, but it's cause he believed Dreamland's residents don't really do anything while letting Dedede to walk all over them, and relying too much on Kirby to defend them. Kirby single-handedly stops his entire army showing Metaknight he's more than capable of defending the residents of Dreamland by himself and they don't need to learn to fight as long as he's around. Since then he completely chilled out, deciding to help Kirby defend Dreamland.

Is it REALLY a translation error though? Because after comparing the english & Japanese versions, what she calls "introducing technology to planets and new civilizations, benefitting them." could just as easily be her way of saying she's continuing to mechanize planets.

The dictionary definition of mechanizing is something along the lines of introducing new and more advanced technologies to a civilization to improve quality of life, which is what the Japanese version says Susie does from what I remember, so it's less a translation error and more a poor choice of words considering what Haltmann was doing was also described as mechanizing.

Meta Knight is actually not evil at all. He is more of an anti hero. Even when he caused a war it was with the intent of helping others even if it was taken to an extreme degree.

Kirby villains after defeat are either: dead or "Sorry wont happen again" and the positiv influence of kirby turns them into 100% good guy. Also: even though in robobot haltmann is defintly evil, they also gave waddle dees little cars to drive around in, public teansport in form of raliways, and little meca pants for waddle dees (kind like the wrong trousers from Wallace and gromit)

Btw, the part about Sectonia’s transformation is incorrect. The mirror actually turned her into a parasite that possessed numerous hosts in pursuit of beauty, w/ her current wasp form being her last host. This was confirmed in both the Soul of Sectonia pause description as well as in an official Miiverse post.

That taking resources thing you were thinking of MAY have been the Metarex Arc in Sonic X. Also YES I HIGHLY recommend these games. Some are easier or a little more intense than others....but they're good fun! Plus, the games that feature Pause Screen Lore will be easier to read through carefully when you go through it on your own terms. Also check out the sequel to this vid that corrects a couple of this video's problems AND goes over a lot of the most recent mainline Kirby Game: Kirby and The Forgotten Land!

Bro you should check out the lore for Kirby and the Forgotten Land, It’s even more confusing. PLEASE WATCH IT! Also, talking about the knights. Galacta Knight is said to be the most powerful of all knights, but Morpho Knight is eluded to being even stronger as he is the combination of Galacta Knight’s power and the butterfly’s after being absorbed (it is said that Galacta Knight still lives, by the way). There is no easy way to explain the relationship between Kirby and Void Termina, so you should just watch theory videos on it to understand it (only if you want, they’re not lore essential). Though it is thought by the community that Kirby and Void Termina are closely related. One thing that wasn’t touched up on in the video, though you seem like you might know already, Meta Knight is the same race as Kirby, it seems. In various Kirby games, we see Kirby cut Meta Knight’s mask in half to reveal that Meta Knight looks like Kirby (yet is closer to being a navy blue or black colour instead). Though it isn’t said by Sakurai (creator of Kirby and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate), it is thought to be canon because it happens in a lot of the games which hold lore. Sorry for giving you a longer yap session than last time, I’m just a really avid Kirby fan and hate it when people diss him. He’s my favourite video game character because of his adorable design and limitless power. I've seen other people in the comments recommend the part 2 to this video for more Kirby lore content, but if you want to go in-depth on some of the characters, a channel called Designing For has made a few videos about Kirby characters; specifically Marx, King Dedede, the Waddle Dees (essentially the most basic enemies in most of the games but there are a few with some more character and personality), and I think even Kirby himself, which also touches on some smaller details RPG Monger didn't bring up here

Remember. Dark matter can never truly die. But personally I think it's there leader Zero who can never truly die. After he is defeated he runs away. And when his powers are restored enough, he summons new dark matter soldiers or drones. Only striking or attacking Kirby when his powers and energy is restored enough.
