I like watching S & S because they never swear, and only rarely use God's name in vain. I recently had neck surgery (4 vertebrae) and have been recovering (after 3 weeks in the hospital) for 2 months -- mostly in my recliner. So, I found S&S and that's what I've been watching -- hour after hour into the night and the next morning! I'm a dumpster diver at heart so this has been so much fun for me! Thanks S&S for a clean show to watch!

my husband and I are like that - we don't dumpster dive (seriously illegal here in the UK as most dumpsters are kept in locked areas on store property) - but we are very supportive to each other and very much like Steph and Steve........it's one of the reasons we subscribed to their channel - we love seeing others in love like we are. :)

I found a roll of white paper like the one you found .My 13 year old loves to draw we wrap gifts then she draws things on the packaging makes it more personal and cheep ! I didnt think of using for packing paper. I found this roll at Staples dumpster.

The eyeliner holder is great for holding pencils when kids are colouring. It keeps the colours separate so they can see each and every colour, and it stops a LOT of mess

I am so happy to see responsable Divers like you two. Your channels and 1 other Diving couple are my favorite to watch. Actually the only ones I watch. I don't like making bad comments but this needs to be said. I watched a Mama diver for the first time today and I was so mad to see her dive. She was sitting in her car opening a box and throwing the cardboard out the window of her car. She was making a mess around a lot of the dumpsters. Someone on there was comparing her to the other divers and saying that she gets a lot of negative comments and the couple that are divers don't get as many bad comments. Your getting compliments on other sites. I thought you would like to hear that. You two are awesome.

Why, why, why throw away that box of pink plastic bags? What are the stores thinking? If you ask me, they are not thinking. Discarding completely a good items. But, unfortunately we live in a throw-away society. I remember my mother telling me stories when she was growing up. She was one of six children and she was raised on a farm where they have one cow named Bessie and that is where they got their milk from; some chickens where they got their eggs from, and a dog named Brownie. Anyhow, my mom was a very thrifty woman and I always admired that trait in her.

The roll of Uline paper reminds me of my childhood. My dad mounted a roll of that paper in our garage. We would use it for book covers on our school books, artwork, etc.

Hey guys, great score on those bags, always need those. A full roll of kraft paper, omg...Hey Steve, I make concrete and hypertufa planters too, as well as small items like butterflies to paint, drill a hole in the bottom, add a stick and put them in a planter, it's a great hobby. I can only do it in the summer time though, too cold in Canada.

That's one of the reasons why she closes the lids on the dumpsters, if she rips open a bag, she looks through it and most of that falls into to dumpster bin. If the bag is fully ripped open, most likely there's no more garbage in those bags..But it looks like the people who throw out the garbage, leaves more of a mess on the ground or don't break down the boxes to make more room in those dumpsters, those boxes are piled so high that the lids can't close and more paper flies away.. Steve and Steph are kind enough to actually clean up after themselves even though it's where garbage goes.

Well it hasn't happened yet and other people do dumpster diving too in other places. I think only fast good places lock up gates where they dump food so no one will try to eat out of it, some homeless people have done that. Steve and Steph have been doing this for a long time at these same places, the dumpster haven't been locked up yet.. and there are surveillance cameras around.

I worked at Sally Beauty we always did damages on wednesday's and our manager would cut cords off electricals and we would pour all the liquids onto items we couldn't break so no one would take anything out of the trash can. To me they are stingy lol I am all for dumpster diving :)
