A plasma cutter might be good for cutting the copper and metal. Rest one pair of forklift blades on the motor body and use the other fork lift blades / chain to pull the copper out. I think ithe key s to try and keep the motor body as still as possible when pulling the copper out. I would use a cutting wheel instead of a blade, less chance of catching and gives you a cleaner cut. Great video as always
@nonferrousjeffКүн бұрын
@ebikescrapper3925 yea i think a cutting shell is the way to go because the copper won't be melted together and break off when being pulled

a big grinder with 250mm disc you do more fast on that motor, next time jeff before try to remove the rest of copper make a fire inside the motor i see a lot of video they do in this way
@nonferrousjeffКүн бұрын
@@Maro.Simone i already did the fire beforehand. The cutting wheel is the way to go with the motors. Nice clean cut ✂️

Y don’t u use the orange one too put stuff in the cruncher that way u can not get extruded in with each grab or when ur getting stuff for lil Jonny Vs stick the stuff that needs to be baled up in the crusher and just not back in the pile kinda like smart thinking in a way
@nonferrousjeffКүн бұрын
@laisuresboringadventures7052 i think the attachment would be wrong for trying to get the bale out of the machine plus I wouldn't be able to see the bale from a lower vantage point
