Hey guys, I’m Rabea. I'm the lead guitarist in Toska, Frog Leap & Dorje where I write music, make songs and have a great time with my mates. Apologies for the different pants for the lead. When I’m working on the track, and I get to the lead. I always have the camera ready, so I can hit record and film the actual take of the solo. In the past where I’d forgotten, it’s been incredible difficult to film. So this was way easier, although I’m wearing different pants so.... sorry hahaha

Incredible. To me, it captures the rage I feel towards consumerist culture. I have to work an extended shift tomorrow at a job I hate because of Black Friday, and to me this song really conjures a feeling of descending, an image of a society in declension because of greed. So many people are consumed with getting the good deal on the thing they want to buy... it's the quick hit of the drug. This song captures how that makes me feel. That's my two cents. Incredible Bea!

Rabea, marry me pls. I have a degree in music, but studying so intensively completely numbed the passion I used to have for playing. I went from practicing, writing and touring each day to three years of hardly touching the guitar, all the while dealing with depression as well. When I lost my job about three weeks ago, I decided to pick up my guitar and have a go at the Catalyst solo (one of my favourites of all time). I haven't quite got it up to speed yet, but it rekindled the flame. With your inspiration I have played hours each day and have been loving every second of it. I started the Musicisum course to go back to basics and get the rust off my fingers and it's been truly transformational, in more profound ways than just guitarwise. Thank you for reviving my passion. I am doing well btw, I'm starting a new job next week and I'm not a paid actor :P

Black Friday is actually a national holiday in Norway. All the shops close and we run around in the woods with corpse paint on and listen to Immortal, while filming ourselves with old shitty VHS cameras. Great tune!
