The fact that no one helped the dog pisses me off. Poor dog if you can't help him out put him on a leash or don't bring him but don't risk his life he was only like a foot or two away from being pushed out.

How these guys paddle out is beyond my comprehension. I'm not talking mentally, but physically.. when it's like 8+ in my area it takes me a good 15 mins to get past the breaking waves from being set back super far lol. These are massive waves to battle the breaks. Insane.

It looks the same as 1977 when we would drive up from Kaneohe MCAS and play in the surf. It's a lot more packed. We surf in Canada off Vancouver Island, Singin' Waimanalo Blues.

When you think of how shallow that reef is and unpredictable pipe can be every surfer is good in that lineup that’s the thing I had to realise when I surfed the north shore despite surfing most of my life indo big three years I was probably one of the most vulnerable out there as a visitor and just my luck it’s big and a guy dies right in front of me before I even paddled out
