What an incredible session. Thank you, William. In regards to the ethics of wild-crafted teas or wild-crafting in general, I think there is a place for it when done properly. Yes there are those who exploit these places, but there are also those that harvest in an ethical and intelligent manner and manage "wild places" in ways that contribute to its health. Those people are also the one's who will fight most ferociously to defend and preserve the wild places they have a relationship to, and also be aware of shifts in the health of those places over time. This is a big continuous and interesting conversation in the United States.

Please keep this video up! There was so much amazing information in here that I learned - it would be a shame for it to go away. Also please do make that video about grandpa style brewing!

Do you have Teas for sale to United States ? If so how do I purchase ? I’m mostly interested in a ripened/low fermentation pu-erh. Earthy flavors, mushroom-like essence

Writing as I watch: - I believe that usually when you grow as a business you tend to lose focus on details and quality: not everything is scalable. So you gain the possibility to do traditional fermentation but keep an eye on what you put on the table at risk. - I think it would still be interesting to have a little Yiwu and a Bingdao tea, maybe one a year or less, in the interest of exploration, even though in absolute terms they're not good price for value. - Please leave this on youtube indefinitely, it will remain extremely interesting even when all the teas you talk about will be sold out
