Black Friday was a BUST for movie collectors! Slip of the YEAR!

Black Friday 4K UHD sales were a BUST for us OG 4K collectors. Bestbuy has really put a dent in the market and fun for us collectors. For those that are new or don't have most of what was offered you got some great deals.

This Black Friday was lackluster. I think 2022 was the last really good Black Friday. Like you said, we always got most of the titles already but it was nothing like going to Best Buy and grabbing those titles or even sold out titles that magically showed up in stores. That Romulus slip is 🤯🔥🔥🔥

Yep! And most of the stuff I saw online would be me forcing myself to buy it just because it's $12.99 or less and I didn't want to fall into that trap

Gone are the days of walking out of Walmart and Best Buy with a stack of movies. Pretty much did one order on PleaseRewind and Gruv for titles I was missing. If the leak is true for Warner Bros we should be getting some good movies next year along with Kill Bill.

Most of the sales throughout the year were better than the Black Friday sales. Black Friday for physical media is at its end 😢 No shippers / no good sales except for already discounted catalogue titles = no purchases for me this year Maybe next year ?….. 🤞…… we can only hope 😁

I was expecting $9.99 4k for INDIANA JONES 5 and MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 7 and got nothing close to those prices.

Yeah, man, this year felt like a total bust. Many of the titles that came out earlier in the year didn't get the proce that I thought they would based on past data. I think the lack of having titles in stores didn't make stores feel like they need to get rid of inventory

Yup. Not willing to pay the new inflated prices of 4ks. There was zero good buys. Theyre telling us that this 4k thing will be over soon. I have completly lost the love for 4k collecting. Im out.

Now LG isn't making 4K players, so where are we supposed to get a player from now. Phillips makes the best ones, but they are expensive, and being the only ones in the future will drive the price up more

Um, it has started to become the norm. the last few years of BF has been getting worse, I'd say. If you just started collecting 4k, you good. If you have a lot or buy everything, Day 1, there probably isn't much for you, and you are just buying it because the price is tempting

Terrible this year and online wasnt much better There cooking numbers not putting out for easy buying for people This will indeed be looked at as numbers too justify not selling media if at all
