Scyler McFarlane I honestly think you should require a completely different license for interstate driving most people that aren’t in a large city don’t even use an interstate for the first year to 3 years of driving by then they have forgotten anything they read and even the ones in the cities use it wrong because they act like it’s just another city street but atleast they are familiar with the speeds it would make things a lot safer for those of us who use the interstate to travel and not to get across town if those people understood simple things like lane usage and stopping distance at 70+mph both for their car and other larger vehicles on the road but I would estimate upwards of 80 percent have little to no understanding of these concepts and it costs thousands of lives every year for no reason most accidents are mislabeled and should be called negligence make them learn make them be responsible or make them figure out alternative transportation
