Odd, but interesting looking steam engine. I like it. I believe this type of engine is called a tank locomotive because it doesn't have a tender directly behind it. The engine carries it's fuel and water within it's body. Am I correct? Those clerestory cars in the consist, being hauled by the same engine, look so much like the 200-series Sacramento Northern Niles wood interurban coaches, minus their trolley poles, from the early half of the 20th century. Are they, or are they just similar looking cars? 👉 1:45

You’re correct! Most of their cars are from the Oregon Electric.
