Black Hills South Dakota! Final Day - Bogus Jim, Jake.

The final trail day on the 2022 Jeep Devaluation Tour took us to the Bogus Jim area a little bit north of Hill City, SD. We explored the trails up that way and tried to hit up the level 6 obstacle called "Jake," but wet tires and wet rocks were just not having us. None of us were built enough to tackle the monster rock climbs on that trail.

Was going for one a week after that SD trip haha! Got 2 more pending from other stuff, should be another week or so before the next one drops. Also inspired to upgrade to an SLR! So some neater video should be coming.

You have an awesome laugh Justin but if you keep running those level 6 and 8 trails without skid plates you won't find the results a laughing matter. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure it was very entertaining.

Thank you for visiting our state. On Jake, at that first waterfall, the spot that gave the trouble, the Left line was the one to take with a 4 door. Especially, when its wet. I am not sure it's a trail to be done wet. The second waterfall at the end of the trail would be near impossible for a 4 door. I have only seen a few 4 doors and one Gladiator make the second waterfall. All of those had 3.5 lifts and 37" tires.

Wife and I did Rapid City, Mt Rushmore, Deadwood and the badlands but did not go off road on that trip. We had rain, snow and hail on the way to Deadwood. Had the best Calamari in Deadwood I have ever eaten. I knew there were places to go 4X4 but not on that trip. Nice series again!!
