Growing up in se Utah, our landlady had American elms and Black Locusts on her property, we marveled at the beauty and fragrance the blossoms would give each spring, but until now am I finding out their edible. Looking great, thanks for sharing Donald, 👍and what a treat you have there.😋

Creative recipe! :) What would you use as a replacement for the eggs, so if you would like to have a vegan version? Love

I wonder if you're familiar with flax eggs, for the equivalent of one egg, put 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed and 1/4 cup cold water, let stand for 10 to 15 minutes, until you note the texture of a raw egg yolk and its white.

@@qualqui Thank you dear, yes I am, but not sure regarding omega3rich fatty seeds being optimal for such heat treatment especially when also ground, since they oxidize quite quickly. And its I'd say a mechanical replacement, it does not replace the egg yolk though in terms of taste - in my opinion. Love
