Rhyme fun fact: Konami owns a game called Getsu Fuma Dan which by the way that card you play [Getsu fuma] is based on that game. Also that games final boss Ryukostuki is in yugioh [Ryokokki] look them up they have support spell trap cards that reference their game. XD

Dragoon is in the game, code and all. It's just banned When the game first came out, people hacked the card into their Ranked decks. It's fully functional, the only thing it's missing is a Summon animation because obviously why animate a banned card?
